SWP is a pop-up wine bar and event space that highlights local and low impact products sourced from the market.
Serving a range of local and naturally produced wines and simply prepared food including bread, cheese, charcuterie, pickles and a few simple warm dishes.
In line with the Prahran Market sustainability focus, the SWP business model will aim to set a new standard in low impact food service through waste minimisation, innovative menu design, supply chain resilience and food system support.
The pop-up would also include a range of events, such as preserve my harvest cooking workshops and producers dinners. These will be designed to highlight vendors and produce in the market and activate the space in new and exciting ways.
