This project is all about exploring what a positive food future could look like. Think edible insects, bone broths, sustainable seafood and heirloom vegetables. We want to inspire people to think about what our food system could look like in the future and engage with food in a creative way.
We are opening a pop up cafe and bar as part of 2019 Melbourne Knowledge Week where we will be serving up innovative food and exploring the concept of eating our way into a fair food future. We will be partnering with world class bartender Orlando Marzo who will be mixing some creative drinks.
