This 'Farmer to Table' workshop will highlight Chris Balazs from SageChoice. This workshop will have a strong focus on small-scale aggregated farming and using underutilised cuts of meats.

Workshop runs from 11-3pm at the CERES Community Kitchen, Cnr Roberts & Stewart Sts, Brunswick East, VIC 3057. Max 10 participants.
